Anh "Magic"--Allows him to do anything he says in the language of the Anhs as long as he has the energy to do so. The more words he uses, the less energy it takes.
Teleportation--Noma-Caa has learned the arts of both long range and short range teleportation. He has very few limits on this, but can't use long range teleportation within a battle.
Strong Force Combat--This style of force combat relies on strong force strikes that do impact damage.
Focused Force Combat--This style of force combat uses more focused strikes that deal internal damage. Works better with skin contact.
Force Blast--Noma-Caa uses this technique in many different forms. His most common use of this is a beam attack, although he will often fire a ball of condensed energy, instead.
Force Flame--This ability used to be one of his favorites, but has mostly fallen out of his use.
Force Field--Noma-Caa knows both forms of Force Field, but can only use the illegal field for 2 of his posts and requires a 4 post cool down.
Force Speed--Noma-Caa is one of several people to be able to accelerate to the point that time seems to stop. This requires focus and a lot of energy.
Force Dispel--The main use of this technique is simply to cancel attacks such as Force Choke.
Force Lightning--Despite being a Jedan, Noma-Caa has learned Force Lightning.

Appearance: Noma-Caa has strong, blue eyes that show off his confidence. His shaggy, blonde hair reaches down to his shoulders and stays mostly out of his eyes. He rarely spends any time messing with it. He also has a short beard that he has a tendancy to stroke. He stands at six feet and is lean, but strong. His sleek build is a part of his race, as are his pointed ears that just barely poke out from his hair. His clothes are usually just plain traveling clothes. However, he almost always wears his black belt with a dull, metal belt buckle. Whenever summoned for a meeting of the Jedan Council, however, he wears his ceremonial black and silver robe with armored shoulder pads and hidden chestplate.
Personality: Noma-Caa isn't always an easy person to be around. While he was taught manners and etiquitte, he spent more time learning how to fight, so he tends to spend his time planning, studying, and training rather than worrying about manners. He will, however, care if he really hurt someone, rather than simply offended them by not following their customs. Due to most of his communication either being in battle or related to it, Noma-Caa is very blunt, to the point, and irritated when other's aren't, especially at times where it's necessary. Once Noma-Caa discovered that he was one of the Twei, he began to feel invincible and cocky. However, there was another effect of this knowledge. Believing that his purpose in life is to kill Girok has led him to feel that his life will have no purpose after Girok's death. Occasionally, he will enter a mood where all he thinks about is what he'll do after Girok is gone, but it doesn't happen often and doesn't last long.

History/Background: Noma-Caa was born on Anhnyqueg. He was a descendant of many of the great warriors that had defied Girok in the past. He started training with a sword as soon as he could hold one. At age 10, he was transferred to J'dan to train as a Jedan. He specialized as a healer due to his abnormally high energy. However, the remnant energy of some of his ancestors took over whenever he fought Blue Moon (Notto's clones who took on the personalities of his ancestors). At 16, they changed his training to include all aspects of combat. He would constantly force his body to use all of its energy, near to the point of death, and then would recover and gain energy. At age 18, he was assigned a master. On one mission when he was 19, he discovered that his master was an agent of Girok and was forced to kill him. He was assigned students and taught at the Jedan Castle for about nine years. As soon as he left as a Jedan Knight, he met Neutros and Blue Moon, who was starting to regain his memories. They learned to trust each other and Blue Moon became Notto again. Now, they split up in their own ships and are going to meet up again later.

+10% power and 1 control, +5% power and 2 control, or -50% power and increases speed and allows him to read other's force signatures. Requires calm and concentration.
Brute Form:
Doubles force power. This form also increases physical strength and slightly increases speed. This form also changes his appearance. His muscles bulk up to ridiculous size, his hair gets longer, thicker, and more organized, and he gets a couple of earrings. Causes great pain to enter and maintain.
